Good to know
- The same implementation is never charged twice — for example when you take both a Shopify website and Shopify Ads.
- Tracking an event does not make it a primary advertising conversion. Which events count as conversions is decided per account.
- Tracking follows visitor consent and the limits of each platform, so not every visit can be measured.

- Hosting, domain registration, paid plugins and external subscriptions, unlimited support, new pages, custom development, complex repairs, and malware cleaning or the recovery of sites that are already compromised as a standard part of the service are not included.
Good to know
- A small content change is replacing a text, updating an existing image or making a simple adjustment to content that already exists.
- The plans cover the maintenance of a single website.
- The limits of Business and Premium replace those of the plan below; they are not added to them.
- Updates and backups depend on what each platform technically allows.
- On WordPress, maintenance may include updates of the core, the theme and the plugins.
- On Shopify, the infrastructure and the core updates of the platform are handled by Shopify. Our maintenance covers only the parts we can manage and that belong to the contracted plan.
- Unused time expires at the end of each month.
- A technical assessment may be needed before a subscription starts.
- Additional work is quoted separately.
- Web hosting is not included in our services. Each client contracts and pays for their hosting directly with the provider of their choice. We can offer technical help with the configuration or connection when it is part of the contracted service.

Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT. Any VAT that applies is added on your invoice.
Is my advertising budget included?
No. You pay your advertising budget directly to the ad platforms. Our fee covers managing the campaigns.
Can the plans be customised?
Yes. The packages are a starting point. If your project needs more — pages, languages, integrations or custom work — we set it out with its price in your proposal.
Is there a minimum term on the monthly plans?
The term and the cancellation conditions of each monthly service are set out in writing in your proposal, before anything starts.
What if I need more services?
You can combine services from all four areas. Work outside a package is quoted separately or charged at the hourly rates on this page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Nothing is sold or charged through this website. How and when you pay is set out in your proposal, which commits you to nothing until you accept it.
Are software and licence costs included?
No, unless your proposal says so. Third-party subscriptions, licences and hardware are charged separately. The same goes for AI projects: model usage, API fees, WhatsApp charges and hosting.
Is maintenance included in the initial price?
No. The price of a project covers setting it up. Maintenance is a separate monthly service, with its own price on this page.
What does “from” mean?
“From” marks a starting price for the scope described. If your project needs more, the final price is set out in your proposal.
What is a setup fee?
A one-time payment at the start of a monthly service, on top of the monthly fee. Each package lists its own.
How is the ad management fee calculated?
Each advertising package has a monthly minimum and a percentage of the ad spend we manage. You pay whichever is higher, never both. In a combined plan that minimum is already included, and only the difference is added.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee sales, leads, search rankings or a place in AI-generated answers, and we don’t. We commit to the work described in each package and report on what it produces.
